Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat is a sung-through musical with lyrics by Tim Rice and music by Andrew Lloyd Webber, based on the character of Joseph from the Bible's Book of Genesis. Follow Joseph's journey from Israel to Egypt as he finds his place in the world. As a fully sung show, it includes many songs such as "Any Dream Will Do" and "Close Every Door". 2024 Summer Recap
In 2024, we had nothing to lament as luck was a lady and with a lot of hard work, HCST staged Guys and Dolls in June to record breaking audiences. It took 66 actors, 6 stage crew/managers, 1 lightboard operator, a sound crew, 23 instrumentalists, and an additional 6 directors not part of the cast, to entertain 3,300 audience members over seven performances. HCST is happy to announce that we were able to donate a total of $7,500 to our beneficiaries this year.
